We will gladly refund or exchange any items in a resalable condition along with the purchase slip within 30 days of purchase. Please note that whether the item is in a resalable condition or not is done at TOMS™ discretion. TOMS™ reserve the right to refuse an exchange should the product be deemed not to be in a resalable condition. Your refund will be processed in the same manner payment was made. We cannot process cash refunds for items purchased online.
Exchanges can be done two ways:
Your purchase in a resalable condition along with your receipt can be taken to any TOMS™ store and exchanged in-store should they have the product/size you would like to exchange for
The courier company can collect your purchase from the delivery address. The product(s) is then shipped back to the TOMS™ warehouse. Once the product arrives at warehouse your adjusted product/size will be sent to you. Please note this process can take up to 15 business days.
Should you wish to return an item you can initiate a return by emailing online@shopTOMS.co.za along with your reference number and the reason for the return. Credit Card refunds should reflect within 10-15 business days after the product is returned to a TOMS™ store or collected by a courier. Instant EFT and manual EFT refunds should reflect within 5-10 days after the product is returned to a TOMS™ store or collected by a courier.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
